First ask:

How many 1 squre foot tiles tiles will I need to use in a 6ft by 7ft bathroom? The answer is the area of the bathroom:

A = L x W
A = 6 X 7
A = 42

Now ask, how much will this cost?

42 Tiles x $2/Tile = $84
