How is their approval rating? NOTHING can get lower than Bush's approval rating, right?

It may be a Democrat-led congress, but remember there are 233 Democrats, 201 Republicans, and two Independents in the House of Representatives. In the Senate, there are 50 Democrats and 49 Republicans and one Independent.
Yup, gotta give SOME credit to the Republicans, too. And those Bush vetoes, I guess they count for something.

The republican lead congress that was voted out only had a 19% approval rating


just because republicans are being their typical obstructionists selves doesn't mean the country is fortheir war

Same people just different faces. Nobody can make sense of this war and that's the most important issue, once we figure that out so everyone understands, we'll be in good shape.

and the republicans will turn it back around on them to make it look like theyre the whole problem then things will screw up again, theyll put democrats in charge for a change, theyll do nothing, and put the republicans back in, and the cycle will continue

Mitch McConnell, REPUBLICAN leader in the House said he expects that in September the troop levels in Iraq will be decreased....this was a warning shot to Bush that his support is dwindling among Republicans....it is going fine. It took us six years to get to where we are now...it will not be fixed overnight.
