Definitely a full tune up: change oil, spark plugs, distributor, old fuses, and gas. Have a transmission flush done as soon as possible.Get the brakes and tires checked, if not replaced.Also have the battery tested, or replaced. If it's been sitting outside for 2 years, a bug bomb might be a good idea as well.

Well if it runs,
Oil Change
Transmission Fluid Change
Brake Check (ensure rotors and pads are not corroded)
If it doesn't start you are going to need a new battery also.
And for the love of pete... GET IT WASHED MAN!

Charge battery if needed Check all fluids,if to thick change out, mostly check tires for rot, then take it to shop for a complete check.

Have brakes checked out, check tyre pressures - hopefully the battery was disconnected, so reconnect it . Probably loads more things I don't know!

replace all fluids,battery charged replaced, may require all brake pad and discs changed
