Also, later in the game, you can get the Genji Gloves, which make you hit multiple times. These can be stolen from the first battle for the hunt Gilgamesh.

Different weapons have different combo rates...

Chain kill the werewolves in Giza plains to get them to drop a Katana (Super high combo rate)
