Sleep is a condition that the body wants to rest. While resting( Sleeping) if you create a temperature much lower than the body temperature, then the body uses more energy to warm up. This makes you tired also. When the body finds it very difficult to warm up to the temperature you are about to go , you feel it difficult. If you are sleeping in a room where the temperature is more than 25 degrees C, YOu will gladly get up at a time decided early. Try eating a big bowl of vegitables for dinner, you can get up early without any problem.
Of course it is comforting to be lazy. But, early to bed and early from bed, is more healthy.

Extremely hard. Especially when you are so comfortable and you know you have to get up and run a few miles in the freezing cold!
