Yes. I am... We are far from perfect. We make plenty of errors and blunders. BUT, our intentions as a country are generally good. Just imagine the last 100 years of history without America. It is always there when the poop hits the fan. Like it or not, That is a responsibility that comes with being a superpower.
But I still don't know if we are as collectively kink as the people of the Philippines (-:

I am proud to say I am an American. My family has been in American since the 1700's and I have had many family members who gave their life so that I have have my freedom.
