Well, the question is kind of vague, but yes, it snows in the southern hemisphere during their winter just as it snows in the northern during their winter. Keep in mind, though, there is a great deal more land mass north of 40 degrees N lat than there is south of 40 degrees S lat. So there are far fewer people who experience snow in the south than in the north.
Antarctica is a large land mass, but it has very little precipitation. It is the dryest continent on the planet.

It has been snowing for the last few days on the Australian Alps. The skiing season has had a good start.
