I am in Australia and only a few weeks ago here it was revealed that Jack and Claire were actually brother and sister ... I was just wondering if it is somehow revealed to them further along in this season?? And if so how and what is the reaction??

No at the end of season 3 they still don't know that they are related.

Jack and Claire have not discovered their relationship, at least in the scenes that we have seen. There is the possibility that other characters may hold the key to Jack and Calire's relationship. Remember, Ana Lucia was with Jack's father on his trip to Australia. Soon or later the truth will be revealed. I can't wait to see how and when.

So far, the only people who know about Jack and Claire are their father and the viewers. They will probably reveal it later on, the Others will probably have that information somewhere and then there will be more angst and drama.

Nope - they never actually find out that they are related while they're on the island.
