I'm not bleeding but cramps feels like contractions. They are happening a lot more frequent but not frequent enough to be timed. Should I be concerned?

You need more rest. Drink some water and relax. If they should become more intense then see the doc.
I've been through this three times. If there's no bleeding you should be fine with just bed rest. Put your feet up, relax and drink plenty of fluids.

call your doctor. more then likely they are just braxton hicks. those are contractions that you get after 20 weeks. they are preparing your body for the real thing. someitmes they can be painful, or painless. did you time them? if they are really painful and five minutes or less apart you need to go to the ER.

Call your doctor you shouldn't have cramps like that there could be some thing wrong. you dont want to go in to prterm labor. if you cant get ahold of your doctor go to the ER. Do it and do it now! you don't want to lose that baby. be safe then sorry please!
