You can cut through it with any sort of power tool with a carbide abrasive bit. If you take a saw's all with a carbide bit and go very slowly it will go right through it. You can also use a chop-saw that is kinda like a cut-off saw or radial arm saw, but it uses abrasive disks rather than blades. Same type of blade that is used to cut through masonry or concrete. A cheap way to do it is with a hacksaw with a very aggressivce blade (big teeth on the blade) but it will probably take you some time and effort.

specific, there's a undeniable blade made basically for slicing forged iron for recip saws. It does not have tooth. It has a coating of abrasives on the the tooth area. they are frequently black and that they artwork great. you will circulate with the aid of too most of the bi-metallic blades.

A grinder with a cut-off wheel or a saw-zall with a metal cutting blade would be the fastest and easiest.

I have no idea, but the fact that you said it doesn't need to be 'safe' cracked me up!

Can you use a blowtorch?

Good luck. :)
