I think u shud've mentioned with respect what u want d answer
OK, w.r.2 driver all parts instead of wheels ,cooling fan & other parts inside d car which r moving
& wr2 guy standing on the road the point which touches the road doesnt move

gas going thr the pipe
fan and cooling systems
well every thing in the front of the car under the hood and the wheels
nothing else moves or chnages when you are driving.

The center of the tire remains the center of the tire.

Or you can say rubber. The rubber never moves as you lose a little little bit as the car is moving, leaving a trail of rubber behind you.
