Yeah.

1+2=3
3+2=5
5+2=7
7+4=11
11+4=15
15+4=19
19+4=23
23+4=27
27+4=31
31+8=39
39+8=47...
It looks to me like you add binary numbers (1,2,4,8,16) two times what you did last time. You add 2 three times to 1, then you add 4 six times.

the pattern is the number added is one of the number of 2^x power
it starts with x=1
and its added 1+(2^x)
2 is added to 1,3,5
2^1=2
2+1=3

then 4 is added to7,11,15,19,23
2^2=4+1
