Not sure what you mean by 'where does sociology end,' but sociology is the study of groups of people and how they act as a group. Social psychology is a seperate science that studies how an individual acts when he/she is part of a group.

For instance, sociologists may examine when and why a group of students will or will not get up for a fire alarm in the middle of a class. Social psychologists may examine when and why a particular student will or will not get up for the same fire alarm.
