it's just the Disaster Area Stuntship - called the "Stuntship" for short
EDIT - In response to the answerer below me, i was speaking from the books. Chapters 19-23 of "Restaurant at the End of the Universe" take place while Arthur, Ford, Zaphod, Trillian and Marvin are on the stuntship. However, the name of the ship is never mentioned, as it is called the "Disaster Area stuntship", "Hotblack Desiato's stuntship", or simply "the stuntship"
It is possible that it was named in the radio series. But it was a different ship in those - instead of threatening to plunge them into a sun, it took them back to a warzone in a ship belonging to a warlike hyper-evolutionary species.

I am pretty sure the name is mentioned in the books, but I don't remember it... I don't think it was the first book... so,I'll have to dig through my boxes of books to find it... They did not mention it in the movie, but the book has a chapter dealing with the ship alone..
