When you ovulate, do you get pains? If so what are they like?

I had those all my life. They are like a jaggy pain on either side each month, one month it's the left side then next month it's the right side. It's perfectly normal and it ain't agony not by a long way, but it is uncomfortable.

Some women say that give pains! but i think usually dont have..it shouldn't be very hard cramps, do you know ovulation is 14 days before next period in a regular woman??.

I always know when I am ovulating. Inbetween my cycles I get a day where I get cramps.

I do. They are sometimes sharp but brief pains about where my ovaries are, followed by cramping that feels premenstrual. They only happen for one day.

Sometimes, they are like when you are about to have your period, but not as hard.
