VAGINAL SHRINKAGE

no trouble inserting anything(I don't use tampons, only pads) and nor is there any vaginal dryness,on the contrary continuos thick, white discharge which is thicker, also larger quantities than usual. No pain in the vagina or itching--I doubt it's thrush. Also there is no ''tightness''.However,I can definately see that it's smaller--it is currently just 1cm and it used to be at least 2 inches,I think. It is probably also significant to note that I am a virgin.I think I should also re-fresh my previous details;that my age is 16,my height 5 ft.8,my weight 50 kgs,my body fat 9.6--I am very active, very fit, excellent health, eat well.Judjing by all these factors, can you tell me what the problem is?

Your BMI is only 16.7, and your body fat is as low as a marathoner. Yes, you must be very active, and a lot of active girls who engage in heavy amount of sports suffer from low level of female hormones. Average female have 18-25% of body fat, and fat plays important role in producing female hormones.
Your description about your symptom is little confusing, looks like your labia shrinked in size, isn't it? Listen to me and check your hormone level through blood test. If you don't do anything right now, you have a chance not be able to have a baby!( I'm not intending to scare you, but right now is very important stage for your female organs to fully mature.)

Also I'm so glad to here something back from you, I worried about you since you didn't show up in the Y!A for two days and I don't have any other way to see how you are doing.

It's doing a cat's bum impersonation... just a phase you are are going through. The discharge .. if it is funky smell... that's time to take a pill... otherwise I expect it is normal to have some discharge. You should try to avoid allowing soap to make its way inside. Warm salty water is an old fashioned but simple remedy.

seriously? does it matter how big the vaginal opening is?

it's a muscle, it's going to contract at times.

[ and...unless it's a tampon, don't insert any foreign objects into your vagina.]
