You don't explain why you want to know this....

All of the sounds you listed are created by humans and all can be both started and stopped by humans.

There is nothing melodic or soothing about any of the sounds. With the exception of nails on a blackboard, all of the other sounds are signals of something "not right" that may needs to be attended to. A whistling kettle means boiling water. A horn honking may signal a danger or annoyance. An emergency siren warns of a problem (fire, accident, crime, medical emergency, etc. ) that is being attended to. Screaming likewise signals a problem. So, none of the sounds makes us feel calm. Rather, they produce a sense of anxiety or urgency.

Hope that helps.

The first five are high pitched sounds that have an "urgency" to them like a "do this now" type of feeling to them and we don't like to feel like we're being demanded on. The last five are low pitched sounds well, except for the birds but they are not as high pitched or demanding feeling.
Now the chalk or nails on the blackboard don't bother me at all. For someone else this might make their skin crawl.

The first set are high on the octave range - which we are sensitive to.

The second set are all much lower, so much more soothing.

None of them are soothing and they usually come out of nowhere.
