Well, this is an interesting question. We dont know for sure if there are any black holes simply because we havent seen them directly.

However, we do see very interesting effects near what we think are black holes (such as the bending of light beams called gravitational lensing that is predicted by theory and observed). We can only say that there are black holes because of the effects on the space around where we think they are.

This ambiguity doesnt "disprove" their existence, by the way.

Short answer: yes

or do you mean, do black holes really exist in outer space?

yes they do, we have many examples of both supermassive black holes(center of the galaxy) and rogue black holes that just travel.

as far as we know none are coming this way.

in first of all your question is not clear .you mean that is there any life in black holes? or is there any black holes in the universe?
abseloutly ther are a milions black holes in the universe and we can undrestand this from thier effect specially on light .because they exite light and even light can not escape from them but there is no life there because the press and temperature is very very hight there.
