You don't need to - you can test yourself the same way employment agencies do.
Pick a passage from a book at random, then type it out for 5 minutes into MS Word. Perform a Word Count (via the Tools menu), then divide the number of words by 5 to get a good average.

Hi, on yahoo games there's a game called typer shark. I taught myself to type playing that game and its great fun and best of all it's free! It gives you evaluations and also helps your spelling without realising it.

It's a pop cap game so may be available on other sites :-)
