It pretty much means that you were born at the end of one star sign and the beginning of another. You apparently, "incorporate the energies of both star signs".
So it's a good thing. You were born on the turning point of the Scorpio phase going into the Sagittarius phase.

There are 12 signs(rasi) and 27 stars. These 27 stars are distributed among 12 signs which means each sign has two and half stars. So some stars will occupy two signs like both scorpio and sagitarius. They have divided a star into four cusps. If you fall into first two cusps you will be scorpio and if you fall into third and fourth cusps you will be sagitarius. I hope you understand this.

hey, thats cool.me too!!! well, since scorpio officialy is until the 22 of nov, so you technically nit a scorpio. a pure scorpio if you will, is only until then, but for a few days after the 22nd, scorpio is still there but on its way out and sagi is on its way in, so we a bit of both. perfect combo if you ask me:)

Those two signs are so different to me. I'm a scorpio and one of my best friends is Sag and we're sooo different. I have a feeling that that you'll be extremely mixed w/ the two. Because scorps are very in control, responsible, practical, not very social, and sag's are super irresponsible, very spontaneous, and very out going. At least we know you will for sure have a smart and loud mouth on you!

im afraid it means you are a total saggitarius, but dont worry cuz as tho they arent as rocking as scorpio they are totally totally lucky! i have tons of saggitarius friends and they are always sooo lucky. so go you.
