White Trash with Money which Confederate Railroad did on their CD Unleashed BEFORE Toby Keith did that Album. Even funnier when they had the story about it on their site. The lead singer was saying about people were worried of their goes the neighborhood when he was moving in(does Southern Rock but put in with Country). Then after a while someone said about yeah you are a really good neighbor because he is just a regular person who goes home to cool off and is quiet and all. Then he saw the song that is basically about what people thought was going to happen.

Cledus T. Judd has a reputation of being funny in his "Weird Al"-like parodies of modern day country songs, and though Cledus is less annoying, his music is just as cheesy nonetheless.

But the funniest country I've heard yet comes from Bobby and the Yellow Perils. "The Rosie O'Donnell Ching Chong" song (filmed and produced following Rosie O'Donnell's Chinese comments on "The View.") It is HILARIOUS! Caution: May contain controversial language. Enjoy!

Has to be Junior Brown singing Highway Patrol, and the video was hilarious! There was some fat guy named Cletus (?) singing about Shaniya Twain about 10 years ago, but don't remember the song, it was pretty funny though.

"A Boy Named Sue" by Johnny Cash. Not a true country song, but sung by a country legend. Always makes me chuckle.
