If your periods have been "normal" as you say, 5-7 days, and this period is 2 weeks long, no it's not ok. You need to see a gynecologist. There's a reason you're bleeding so long. Is it possible that you were pregnant? Could be an incomplete miscarriage. Could be many things. Make an appt. with the dr. today

You're fine! I have period as long as you. It started 2 weeks ago and ended yesterday. I was worried until my teacher told me that in general, people get their periods for 5 to 7 days. But as you know, everything has exceptions. i guess we both (and a lot of other people whom i know) are the exceptions and we're fine, so are you.
As previously said, everyone is different and that applies to everything, even our mentrual cycle. Have our period is a result of the shedding of our uterine lining. Some peoples' thicker than others so thus, take a longer time to be shed. But don't worry. I've heard other cases whereby people take a month for their period to end and it starts again soon after. So nothing to worry about.
But if you get really concern, visit a chinese doctor. He/she would help you to keep your mentrual cycle paced with natural remedies that do not have side effects like the normal doctors do. But make sure you visit a good one cuz not every doctor is reliable, just like every person's mentrual cycle's different.
Hope this helps. :)

You are fine. Your body is just doing what it thinks is right. Everyone says your period is supposed to last 5-7 days, but the body's natural clock cannot be perfected by what a textbooks says. If this really worries you, then get thee to a doctor. Otherwise, you sound normal.

If this is out of the norm for you, you should call your ob/gyn to see what they say. It could be caused by a dozen different things. Some major/minor
