Since we cannot travel faster than light, what you suggest is just a fantasy.

In fact, all the time we are seeing into the past only. Even when an event takes place very near to us, it takes a fraction of a second to reach our eye and it takes a fraction of a second for the brain to process the information. So, by the time we register that some event has taken place, the event is already in the past by at least a fraction of a second.

Too bad that traveling faster than the speed of light is impossible. If you could travel faster than light you could do all kinds of amazing things! Time travel would be fun though wouldn't it!
