Decided to abstain from sex till i get married. But sometimes the urge comes & it hits me hard. & as for masturbating i hate it but it seems like it's an option.

You must master your body, if you give into urges and use masterbation, you will be cheating yourself out of the greatest gift GOD affords a married couple, The act of love making or just raw sex , it has a totally diffrent feel and affect on a man when there is no masterbation pre or post to having a woman... now please dont ask me how I know this to be a fact, just trust me I know and until you get this straight in your head, I will refrain from shaking your hand..
good and and congratulations for taking the "Hard" journey that only a few men are strong enough to take, abstinance from sex until marriage.......

The only thing I can think of is communicating with your wife to let her know about the situation. There are exercises called kegals that will strengthen your wife's vaginal walls. The exercises are easy to do, can be done anywhere/anytime, & will dramatically improve your sex life. I, personally believe all women should practice this exercise, especially after giving birth. Remember this is a touchy subject so remind your wife that you still find her sexy. Once you've collected information on how your wife practices kegals, I suggest you test your wife's vagina while she's practicing just to make sure she's on the right track & progress will be made. I would hate for her to think she's doing something when she's actually not. Lol! Also, beef up the foreplay. While she takes the time to strengthen her vaginal walls through kegals (could take a couples weeks to feel the difference), she could be "working" you with foreplay to keep your mind/body stimulated. Good luck!

There is nothing wrong with feeling your feelings.

I completely understand where you are coming from as i have been there.

Use the option of masterbation and after a time it will slow down and you will not be doing it as much.

However be sure to masterbate WITHOUT the use of pornography or you will only set yourself up for disaster and you will never resolve this "issue".

I always say there really is NOTHING better than the imagination and after a time it wiLL die down and you wiLL calm down a bit and "even" out some.

Don't hate masturbation, hate the "game".

theres some special people out there hey? Do what you want, but dont be suprised if your girl leaves you for someone else. You start a relationship off not sexually attracted to your partner? then i think your'e in trouble. And unless she has a brain, she is too. Is it possible you may be gay? Is it religion? A young fella usually just DOES IT, whenever he can, wherever he can. Some people just are'nt really into it it and would rather read a book. I think you may be in this category..

Have a cold shower, mingle with friends, watch TV, play games.

Why? You can enjoy both masturbation and protected sex with any age.

But why hate it?? Are you not comfortable touching your own body?? masterbation is totally healthy and teaches you what your body like and doesn't like. You shouldn't let someone else touch you if you can't touch yourself!

Idle hands are the devil's tools. Wait, that doesn't help.

Taking care of yourself is not cheating. Go for it!
