Assuming this is not a trick question, then no, there is no number that is both odd and even.

If anyone suggests zero, or infinity, as possible answers, they are incorrect.

A representation such as 10 can be both odd and even, if one is allowed to assume different bases in each case, but I suspect this is not what you are after.

0 is an even number because any number that ends in 2, 4, 6, 8 or 0 is even. It's also an odd number because it has no true factors(no whole number times another whole number is equal to it) except itself. And every even number(except 0 in this case) has 2 as a factor.

But, if you wanted to say that it did have factors(0 * 3 = 0, 0 * 25 = 0, etc.), then there is no number that is odd and even at the same time.

tsr21, why would one be incorrect to suggest zero or infinity?
I discredit accusations without proof.

There are a lot of numbers that are odd and even at the same time it just depends on how to add. 10 for example can be both, if you group by 3's its odd, if you group by 2's its even. Other than grouping it I dont think theres an odd and even number.
