does this mean I will get my period soon? whats a good pain reliver for it because panadol doesnt work for me? Im open to herbal suggestions but I cant carry a hot water bottl around with me at school!

Have you concidered that you might be pregnant? Stop having sex as this will cause cramps if you are pregnant! Go see a doctor and get a pregnacy test!

If there is no reason for you to be pregnant. I suggest taking some Ibuprofen. If this keeps up I suggest going to the doctor cause cysts can develope even if you haven't had a single period.

It could be your period. Normally for my cramps I use Motrin ibuprofen. I don't know what would be good for you so i suggest you to talk to your mom about it because she clearly knows more about you than I do. But just keep some pads or tampon in your backpack just in case you get it at school if you already do that's great.

Set up an appointment with an OB/GYN, and find out what's happening, or have a parent get you in to see a doctor. I let things get to an unbearable pain before finding out I had a tumor in my uterus, the size of a five mo. fetus, and had to have a full hysterectomy after having only 1 child.

Yes, it's possible that your period could be coming but I would recommend that you tell your mom and also your dr so that they can evaluate this situation further.
