I definately feel sorry for Balaji......Nehra at least played a world cup and had an excellent outing there, he also performed well in various other tours and then the fitness problems started creeping in......But Balaji, he was exceptionally good in the pakistan tour, but again he had an injury and by the time he was fit, others were there including Zaheer and that was the time when Chappel came and recruited fresh guns like RP Singh, VRV Singh etc.....Actually the chappel storm entirely changed the team and he did not give any time to think....Kaif is another example....

Time for younger blood. Ashish nehra was good bowler so was Balaji. Both helped India become a good side under Saurav Ganguly. The best captain India ever had.

balaji and nehra are indeed good performers. selectors have pressure in selecting their teams the have to look on other players performance.they might be better than these 2. so both have to try hard to fit in selectors look during seletion

Nothing has happened to Balaji and Ashish Nehra.It is just upon the selector's mood that they are not thinking to make them a part of the team.I favuor you,Annu A.

Both these players have been ignored by the selectors as they have been injury prone and have not shown any outstanding performance in the domestic matches to stake a come back after they were dropped from the National Team.

he is very unfit player
trying his luck in domestic series
very poor performance
unable to impress selectors
have injury after every 4-5 matches
BALAJI
he was a good bowler but not so much
lack of consistency
some fitness problem too
caught rust with time
FORGET THESE PLAYERS ITS BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA OF INDIAN CRICKET

Unless they prove their ability to take wickets, their chances of coming into the Indian team is very dim.
