nothing to worry about, the color of blood flow can range from bright red to dark brown almost black. it can be affected by your diet, stress level etc. i had the same 'problem' a while ago, saw my gyno and she said it's perfectly normal. she said it was just the last bit of "sluff" and sometimes there'll be some rust-colored spotting even after the period has finished. but if it's something that's really bothering you, definitely go see your dr.

That brown blood is just old blood and it is normal. I get it at the beginning and end of my period. I would sometimes use a pad for that bit of bleeding just like for my full period and then when the period was over (mine last 7 days) then I would stop wearing the pads until the next month.

Its normal, I try to wear a panty liner for the week after my period to gather any unnecessary discharge that may come. No need to worry :-)

Lots of women get a lightly coloured discharge for a while after the end of their period.

'Mini' pads or panty liners are the perfect solution for this!

Best wishes :-)
