Yes. It all depends on how you use it. It's natural and you can't get it out of a bottle!

Of course you can! Sexy is 99% attitude and only 1% window dressing, in my opinion.
I have olive skin, so I have perma-tan (imagine a fresh cup of coffee with two creams in it, and that's pretty much me), and people are always telling me that I cannot possibly understand what it is like to have pale skin. Well, maybe I can't understand it, but I can certainly look at it and appreciate its tremendous beauty.
Being women, I think we struggle with unrealistic models of feminine beauty which are decreed by mean little women in beauty magazine offices. Those "ideals" do nothing but make us feel insecure about ourselves, and we all have to move to a place where we can learn to feel comfortable in our own skin. I think that educating ourselves is one way to do that.
Learn what colors go best with your skin tone, and then work them into your wardrobe and your makeup kit. Figure out a hairstyle that works well with the shape of your face and the texture of your hair, and wear it. Find out from a trusted friend, or two, or a dozen, what your best facial feature is, and then play that up. And take care of your skin, no matter what color it is.
Be aware of your body, and learn how to "accentuate the positive". I am nearly 40 years old, and I can count on one hand the number of women I have ever met who have absolutely "perfect" bodies, with everything seeming to be in the right place, and the right proportion and balance. Find out what cuts of clothing flatter you, and wear those--there are enough options out there that you can still be stylish while wearing what's flattering to your shape.
Put all the stuff I have mentioned above together, and you have the 1% of window dressing. Look at yourself in the mirror, and have a good talk with yourself, and allow yourself to see how beautiful you really are, and let the 99% attitude kick in. And then work it. Don't just work it--own it.
Other people rarely find us appealing or sexy because of the color of our lipstick or the shape of our hands. They take in the full package and their opinion is set in about 5 seconds. Present your very best, to make a good impression, and then let your attitude do the rest. That's what will really capture another person's attention.
Be well, friend.

Hello are you a read head? I am and I'm very pale. I dont even go tan in the sun. I go red! So I stay white and hope for the best. You'll always find ppl who think pale is sexy and ppl who dont think it is, same as everything.
Think more "english rose" than "sun goddess"
pale is beautiful, tan is hot and beautiful lasts longer

Pale people look better than tanned ones.
Look at all the goths out there, not one of them is tanned & they get laid all the time.
I love pale girls.

Hell yes, sexy is an attitude. Its how you carry yourself, not how you look.
Beauty really does come from within.
