If you have integrated graphics, the amount of shared RAM is best adjusted in BIOS, usually under Advanced Chipset Features. Look for Onchip VGA Control or something similar.

If you have a computer that uses memory for graphics (onboard graphics) you can sometimes decide to bump up the amount of RAM you use towards it, like if you upgrade your computer. Check you dispaly properties in the control panel, go to the setting tab, and click the advanced button. Thats where you will find the menus that will allow you to do so if your hardware permits.
