I think the guy from the Raptors has done a decent job of devloping a good young team. Also Chicago did a good job of designing a threating team that will get even more deep once they find a low post presece.

GM Chris Mullin of the Golden State Warriors has done an exceptional job by pulling off a great trade with Indiana to bring Stephon Jackson and Al Harrington over in exchange for 2 underachievers in Mike Dunleavy and Troy Murphy. Mullin also brought in Don Nelson as coach this year and took part in pulling off a steal last year by drafting Monte Ellis in the 2nd round. Don't forget the 1st round playoff upset over Dallas this year, which should go down in NBA history as one of the biggest (if not the biggest) upset.

You're right, Collangelo of the Raptors & Paxson of th Bulls have dove done excellent jobs with their respective teams.

You should add to that Portland's GM, by getting Roy & Aldridge and getting lucky in the draft lottery which could translate to Oden come June 28.

Yes, the Raptors' Bryan Colangelo and the Bulls' Paxson have done great jobs.

But my vote goes to the Spurs' R.C. Buford. It's one thing to build a champion in 1999 (that's Popovich's credit) but it's even harder to keep on rebuilding and re-outfitting the team. He signed the right players (Brent Barry, Robert Horry), chose to let free agents go (Stephen Jackson) and basically helped keep San antonio on the top,.

John Paxson is my man. After the destruction that Jerry Krause made post-Jordan era suddenly the Bulls are slowly but surely ressurecting back to life, thanks to the genius of John Paxson. He was a team oriented player back when he was still playing in this same city and you see what kind of team he has constructed and the players he got, Dedicated and team-oriented players and a coach that likes his offense in motion, and that means the should get from one player to the next. So, let me reiterate again, Paxson is my guy.

I think that Chris Mullen of the Golden State Warrriors has done a tremendous job to get his team to the playoff by getting Arrington and Jackson to give them a run and gun offense

i agree. colangelo has done an excellent job... he certainly turned toronto around. colangelo made the most out of a weak draft by drafting the effective but not spectacular bargnani, taking a gamble and trading villanueva for ford (wasnt much of a gamble to me, i thought villanueva wasnt that good anyways), signed anthony parker and garbajosa, and also chose to keep sam mitchell around. all of that turned toronto form a 27 to a 47-win team... paxson and mullin also helped to turn their respective teams around as well.
