If you need a bus of that size, then you're probably going to want either a Mercedes or Toyota.

Mercedes offers the Sprinter with a base price of $39,990. Following is a link for more information:

Toyota offers the Hiace. I couldn't find pricing, but I believe they run a little less than the Sprinter. Following is a link for more information:

You're going to pay a hefty special consumption tax. You will need a special license to drive the vehicle or hire a driver in Vietnam. Vietnam doesn't recognize international driver permits.

The used vehicle market in Vietnam is shallow, but you might find a good bargain if you look hard enough. The classifieds in newspapers there are the best source.

Your best price is going to be in Saigon. Your question is to non-specific to be answered with any real precision. It depends entirely on the age, milage and quality of the vehicle that you find. Check the classifed ads from Saigon and Hanoi to get an idea of your price ranges. Good luck with that.
