Personnaly I would avoid the website that generated the message.

If it is happening while on Yahoo Google etc. You need to check for spyware/trojans on your machine.

Delete the alert. It is most likely phishing.

I do not have an e-bay account. I get e-mails every day telling me about unusual activity on my e-bay accout.

I have accounts with about 6 banks ... credit card, checking account, and so forth. I get daily e-mails allegedly from hundreds of other banks all over the world telling me about unusual actifity on my accounts with them. I have no accounts with them. It is phishing.

I have good anti-spam which puts this stuff in one e-mail folder for me to check out in case of an occasional false positive.

if you have a good firewall it should quarentine the unusual
activities and let you know so that you can descidewhat to
do with it later.if you are in doubt about your firewall then go
to this address and you can pick up another free.
