Yes. He is a tragic hero as defined by the early Greek tragedy - that is, he has many admirable qualities, but is destroyed by a profound flaw, which for Caesar is his ambition. Shakespeare used this type frequently, such as Othello (jealousy), Macbeth (ambition).

Charismatic hero isn't as clearly defined a type. But I think Marc Antony is too cynical and manipulative to be a hero. He has the ambition of Caesar without many of Caesar's greater qualities.

1) Julius Caesar was a Tragic Hero in that his motives were honorable but by seizing power he was a Tyrant and his intentions were viewed with suspicion and fear.

2) Marc Anthony was the very definition of Charismatic. Handsome, lithe agile a ready smile persuasive charm, he inspired men to fight for him with him.
