I have put my tiger barbs in a tanks with marbles ,how i know when thy lay eggs and do i need to take them out

you should not have to remove them, however from personal experience you may want to consider a diiferent substrate. my fry tended to get "stuck" in the crevices in the marbles . also if you want to be able to enjoy watching them, the marbles hide them most of the time. here is a link to a site that has some more breeding info good luck!http://characin.com/carey/articles/98/spawning_tetras.html
