who there i think you got it backwards!
More like you just found out you were eating some worm's mandarin!
And imagine his surprise when a human showed up in HIS!
Set the mandarin aside, let the poor wormy finish eating whats left of it and get your own!

Eew :( throw away the mandarin along with the worm and eat an apple or some other fruit instead... if that happened to me i wouldn't be able to eat a mandarin for he next couple of years!

I would definitely alert our waiter, who I would expect to offer me another one "on the house", along with a profuse apology from the manager.
Anything short of that and I wouldn't be back.

It depends. Let it live, let it go, or shove it down the garbage disposal.
Let it live, and give him a home,
Let it go in a neighbors fruit tree,
or give it a quick painless death in the garbage disposal.
