LOL, about 10 hours, the time it takes you to sleep, prepare for, got to, and return home from work...

Well about a month ago, my computer crashed, and now I am back, and I missed it, and had to go to a public Internet cafe to read my mail...
So I would say you could go a month at least...
It is not too painful...

it could take months to restregthen the muscles in your behind from sitting down for so long and your braincells may never recover
