Yes, it will be possible. Hackers are already hacking the ps3 to work with pirated/copied ps3 games. It is not complete yet, but it is very near completion.

I don't think it would be possible to burn into a dvd. Blu ray can hold 50 gb of memory. The game alone would be more than dual layer dvd. Dvd can only hold 4.8 and dual layer has twice as capacity as a single layer dvd.
