I have not dried it yet. I have read about Rit color remover. I just want to get the pink out of the white parts and not alter the other colors. Is Rit safe or is there a safer product?

if this is a new shirt... or a "oops"... wash it again & put a little bit of bleach in the water w/ the soap. Old trick my mom told me about when my pink shorts turned from a "oops". It worked. U can even put it in a tub of cold water & some bleech water if u want to try that as well. But for something new that bled, i usually wash it again & it comes out. Make sure it cold water. Always cold lst time to make sure it doesn't bleed.

Rit color remover will strip ALL THE COLOR.

Try Oxyclean, it seems to work for me. Put a small scoop in a sink of warm water and and wash it. Watch and you should see the white come back .

lay the shirt over a large bowl (you might need to use a rubber band to keep it there).
in a pitcher mix HOT water and cascade crystals (not liquid. regular, not lemon scented). pour the hot cascade over the white part of the shirt slowly.
rewash with only a little bit of detergent.

next time you have something that will bleed like this:
wash with cold water, 1/2 detergent and at least 1 cup of vinegar. it will 'set' the colors.
