Have been finding a number of my condoms missing. My sister is 14 going on 15, then there are the twin cousins who are 5 ( I have ruled them out). Should I ask her about the missing condoms? Should I just assume she using them for their purposes? Or should I just mind my business and be happy that she practicing safe sex?

Give her a bill for the condoms. If she pays it, then talk to her about it and tell her get her own from now on and the proper ways of the works. Even though she quite young, this is not new to her world, put her at your eye level socially, after that trust bridge, tell her to chill...........she'll understand. If you her boyfriend, take them both of them somewhere with your boyfriend like a double and do something with him. It's all about communication, use it.

Condoms can break. She is very fertile at this stage in life. I am a Phlebotomist. I draw blood for a living. I have seen 14 and 15 year old girls come in for blood tests because they are pregnant. They usually cry like the babies they are. Let her know that if she thinks she is big enough to have sex, she should be big enough to buy her own condoms and tell her parents on her own. If she is big enough to have sex and ends up pregnant, she better be big enough to deal with getting blood drawn and other uncomfortable things that are done for the health of her baby.

Personally, when it comes to pregnant girls under 17 years of age, my patience and sympathy are running very thin.

First there is nothing safe about sex at 15 years old. STD's pregnancy, drugs, alcohol, and respect and morals await someone at that age I have been there and luckily dodged 1 of the above items and sex at 14 was the first experiment I tried. Confront her she needs her older sister now.

Well ... this is hard she is only 14 kinda young and if you confront her about it and she is having sex she may not take them any more and might not be safe... so maybe you shouldnt ask her unless it gets bad

Definitely don't discourage her from using them, but you may want to have a chat with her about sex in general. Some of those young girls end up being used by guys that tell them they love them, then leave. Help her learn to protect herself from that pain.

only talk to her if you know she wont go crazy on you... maybe throw it into a conversation casually, "have you seen my condoms?". that way you'll make her aware that you know she's taken them, and if she wants to talk about it she will.
who knows it could even be the twin cousins [they dont know what they're doing so they think the condoms are toys, like balloons or something... (its possible!)]

first I'd talk to her about it...because you know very well that condoms can fall off or break so it isn't exactly "safe" sex...and at that young ofanage, she is NOT prepared for something like that...

and then put your condoms in a locked box, or somewhere she can't find them anymore...
