now the tip of my penis sometimes gets this like redish spots and this little itch, im scared to go to the doc, but i also stop havin sex without it and no girl has had any signs. any comments on what i got?

You could have herpes. You might want to go to a doctor and get some medication, its better to be embarrassed for a few minutes than to be miserable, besides the doctor can't tell anyone else why you came to see him. If you're embarrassed to tell your folks, go to a free clinic on your own or just be a man and tell the truth. If you're old enough to have sex, then you are old enough to be responsible for yourself and those you care about. Check the link and see if your symptoms are related. If so go to a clinic or doctor right away, do not let it go intreated. Also, if you got this from the girl then you might want to let the girl know so that she can get checked out too.

~Yikes! That's scary stuff. Go to webmd for more information. It could be yeast or STD, (sexually transmitted disease) same thing. You must see a doctor, even if it means facing up to your parents.
I think you should stop having sex, even though you're using the condom, just to be safe.

You got STD or sexually transmitted disease. Its either you let a doctor see it and be embarrassed or wait for your penis to rot and fall off. Next time wear a condom if you have sex with many girls or multiple partners.

Go to the Dr before it falls off. No just joking if there is a problem you need to get treatment its pretty simple let it go and god knows what will happen.Thrush can make the guy itchy as well. PS Don't do it again. There is no cure for AIDS.

You were very irresponsible to have sex without a condom. Go straight to your local clinic and get checked out.
