One was my girlfriend before the trip, and one was my girlfriend after I came back. I'm pretty sure it was the latter who paid for it, but I don't...really.. remember. Should I just give both of them a hundred bucks to just forget about it, like I obviously did?

It was only a $100 ticket, so only one of them could have possibly paid for it.

Neither of them really care about the money, I just want to pay whoever paid for it to settle my own conscience. If I have to pay both in order to do that, then that's what I'll have to do.

Pay the one who you think you owe, let the other one sue you and take it as a lesson not to mix business with pleasure.

Looks like you are scre#ed. Better learn to keep track of your finances. This mistake just cost you an extra $100 dollars. I sure hope you learned a lesson. The next one may be much more expensive!! lol
