Older male but not a wise one. The short answer is no, not really that safe. But you can take precautions. If you really have no alternative or outlets (what have you tried?), and you seriously don't already know the answer to this question, you need to do some serious research about STDs/STIs and how to take the proper precautions (hint: it involves a condom).
