how do u use the pokeradar to find tauros in pokemon diamond?!?!?!?

Go to route 209 and 210 (south). They appear rarely, but you will encounter them. The way that pokeradar works is that it automatically adds the pokeradar pokemon after you get it and after you battle it once if you use the pokeradar/or wait a while, you can see the grass rustle and thats where it'll be.
