yep, I care too much.

I have a tendency to look at every other male I see as if the next blink would cause me to rip out his throat(course...I would never do such a thing...or would I....)

my girl doesn't like it,(and as if punishing me for my high strung jealousy...) and she even has guy friends anyways, so I usually end up with a head-ache and a weird twitching feeling over my left eyebrow from glaring by the end of the day.

it's pretty pathetic, I should be able to trust her, which I do.
but I've been raised to be over protective, my mom was (and still is) a very beautiful person, guys would hit on her,not constantly...but enough times to make me sick
(I mean...COME ON!!! obviously she has kids, so how you think she got them!?!?!....it ain't from no stork, I'll tell you that much!).
it's natural for me to over protect the ones I love, no matter how much they don't like it....she can have her guy friends, but every word and every move that comes out of their system are passing through trip wires as they make contact with her.

one wrong move and........

Hmm, i think we are all are a bit jealous with girls that have a lot of male friends even though there may not be any like sexual relationship between them. It's hard for us to see our girl being all close and telling their secrets and stuff to another guy. I think it's just a fear that some of us have that we aren't as close to our girlfriend as this other guy is especially when that other guy in their opinion looks better than they do. Some men don't mind it cause they are confident in themselves and in the relationship they have with their girlfriend. I think most men get over it eventually when they see that they are just friends.

I personally think that it depends on the man. Some get jealous easily, while some really don't care. I guess you will just have to determine how your man would act about it. I choose not to keep too many male friends when I am with someone. It all comes down to respect. I would not like it if my man had a lot of female friends. It's one thing if they are mutual friends, but to just go out and hang with the girls??? No way!!

yes and no. My partner is jealous by nature and thinks every guy i speak to is in love with me or wants me in some way. over the years (been together 3.5yrs) he has calmed down alot. and is not so quick to think much of male friends it depends on the individual and what they have experienced because my partner was cheated on by his ex he immediately put up the wall that every woman has the potential to cheat. where as my ex couldnt have cared less who my male friends were or what they looked like.

Trust is the name of the game here.

In one of my past relationships, my girlfriend had a few male friends and it did bother me until, I learned about each one, how she had grown up with most of them, how they were more like brothers, it also helped that I got to just hang out with a couple of them, and I started to feel more comfortable with it. Then she reminded me that I was the one she was always going to go home with and not any of them (woot woot!!)

Some men are very insecure and jealous. Others know their relationships are secure because of intimate times. Still, no one can be absolutely certain,

According to experiences, they do care.
Unless, they're trying not to show it or have the utmost confidence of themselves and feelno threat coming from the woman's male friends.

Well, those who really love their gfs would really care. Unless he already knows her male friends are a bunch of losers who she won't even think romantically about.
