65-drifloon: You can only find them on fridays. Go to the ironworks on fridays and you'll see a lone drifloon standing outside the grass.
80=barboach-you can catch one, or you can battle a fisherman with one.
102=chatlot-you can find on the route connecting to stunystone city, or battle a trainer with one around the mansion
115=riolu-hatch the egg given to you on iron moutain after completing it.
135=lumineon-trainers have it on the way to stunyshore city or evolve a level 31 finneon
136=tentacool-lots of water trainers have them or you can find one just by surfing.

i hope i got the pokemon right, i serched sinnoh pokedex and went on first thing
dont know loactions sorry, but barboach would be in a lake, tentacool in the sea, lumineon is an evolution of finneon (water) chatlot in forest? and riolu is a baby lucario (breeding)
i dont have diamond/pearl btw!

on the shinoh this is drftloon he could nicely be caught on friday on the valley of wind works purchase talking to the balloon character in front of the development. I the national this is Alaskzam he could nicely be caught by utilizing buying and advertising Kadabra back and forth and he will evolve.
