JC Whitney usually has a few sets for sale in their catalog. Or at least they have over the last 40 to 50 years. Go to their web site and see what they have. good luck.

try a truck auto parts company that sells only truck parts and supplies for 18 wheelers.
Also some truck stops where they sell fuel has a store where you can buy the horns.
