Contaminated water after a heavy rainfall. It was in a blue cup so I didn't see the colour, later I went back in the kitchen (at my office) and there was a sign saying this water will make you sick. I turned on the tap and the water was brown.

Homemade wine, I didn't want to hurt the guy's feelings, but it tasted liked antifreeze. Actually, I think that was one of the ingredients.

My nephew's 'milkshake' I think he mixed everything from caramel syrup, chocolate syrup.. to everything used on a sundae in the blender... it was nausiating

it was some kind of energy drink like red bull , its name was horse power or sumthing like that ,it was so bad.yuck!
