I really enjoy playing Guild Wars when I have a little spare time. My favorite 2 characters that I play are a Warrior and a Necromancer. I have tried all of the professions except Assassin and liked all but Paragon...seemed boring. Your thoughts? And if you disagree about the Paragon, let me know why, k? Thanks in advance :)

Try one out and see how you like it. An Assassin was the very first GW character I made and for me it wasn't a good fit, but I think I just didn't give it enough time.

The key to being a successful assassin is quickness. You need to be quick on your feet and a good kiter. If you can do that, you'll love the assassin. If played correctly, they can do massive damage to a single target. The drawback is that they fight up close yet have very weak armor. You need to get in, kill and get back out quickly.

This is where the Shadow Arts line comes in. The assassin can "shadow step" instantly to an opponent, an ally, or a random location on the radar. Use these skills to evade attacks and you'll do well as a "sin".

I love the Assassin, because it can attack really fast and poison the oppenent and if you have the right combo, can take the person down faster than most all the professions, It has awesome armours too, which are all fun to mess with... Okay well i don't have any more to say... hope that helps.... You should try one sometime... they're worth it!!! CYA!
