I don't like the word janitor... it has a negative connotation. I prefer the term "Master of Custodial Arts". Makes them sound tough and that their job is actually something others would want to do themselves...

i was in the navy and one patrol i did on the submarine i was on was going under the ice! we popped up and the feeling and look of the place was empty and lifeless. If you don't mind seclusion and isolation go for it. you can only admire cold beauty for a short time.
